FlapJackKids was inspired by Ali, Jack, Owen, and Everett. They are the little people who make our world go around. We wanted to protect them from sun damage and keep them cozy in winter. With these goals in mind, FlapJackKids, a line of fun, comfortable clothes, just bursting with options, was born. Our durable products are convertible, reversible and changeable. Each hand-tailored FlapJackKids reversible hat has been made for you with care. We strive to provide excellent products and insist on the best materials available. Our products are routinely checked and monitored by quality inspectors to ensure excellence and to meet FlapJackKids' high standards.
Believe us, we have seen what a kid can do to a hat: “Look Mommy, the frog has its very own pond!” For overall cleaning of your FlapJackKids reversible hat, please hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Due to the intricate embroidery on some of our children's hats, we do not recommend machine washing. FlapjackKids is not responsible for damage due to long-term wear and tear. You will typically receive your package between five to ten business days, or sleeps, depending on where you live.
We ship all Canadian orders via Canpar and all U.S. orders via FedEx. International Orders are determined on a case by case basis. A FlapJackKids representative will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Life is too short for regrets so if you must, sniff, cancel an order, we are here. Orders must be cancelled in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed (1-866-590-2645). Orders cancelled before the order has been shipped (most orders ship within 24 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund less shipping and handling.
It is okay if you want to send your purchase back. Stranger things have happened and Jacqueline won’t take it personally. However, Shirley might... We gladly accept returns of any items ordered from www.flapjackkids.com within the first 30 days of placing your order. Items must be in their original packaging and in brand new condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact FlapJackKids within 30 days of the date of purchase to initiate a return request and authorization.

Please include the date of original purchase, order number, and items being returned. A FlapJackKids representative will contact you within three business days to approve or deny your return.
All returns are subject to the prior approval of FlapJackKids. Items returned without approval of FlapJackKids may not be eligible for return or exchange. When returning product, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Have that extra eggnog because we've got you covered! FlapJackKids offers an extended return policy for all purchases made between November 1st and December 31st. Items purchased within this time frame are eligible for refund or exchange if returned and received by FlapJackKids by January 31st. All returns or exchanges must be in the original packaging and be free of use, wear or tear. Product returned after the January 31st deadline will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns received without prior authorization will not be honoured.
